Gaga is a language of movement that has been devised over the course of many years by the choreographer Ohad Naharin and is used by the members of his Batsheva Dance Company in their daily practice. Gaga is a new way of gaining knowledge and self-knowledge through your own body. The technique provides a framework in which you can discover your own body and improve your flexibility, endurance and mobility while also stimulating your imagination. Gaga/People courses are open to everyone aged 16 and over, irrespective of their dance or movement background.
Participants must be 16 or over. No previous experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing. Please bring comfortable shoes. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water with you and a towel for use after the session.
