Gaga is a movement language developed by choreographer Ohad Naharin over many years and practiced daily by the members of his Batsheva Dance Company. Gaga is a new way to gain knowledge and self-awareness through the body. The dance technique provides a framework for discovering one's own body, increasing flexibility, endurance, and agility, while simultaneously stimulating the senses and imagination.

For individuals aged 16 and above. No prior dance experience required. Please wear comfortable clothing. We dance barefoot or in socks. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water and a towel for use after the class.

Shani Licht is a dancer and Gaga teacher based in Germany.
